DMCA Policy
CuratedCams respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Our Commitment
CuratedCams does not host, store, or distribute any user-generated content, images, or videos. Our platform aggregates publicly available information from third-party webcam platforms through their official APIs. All visual content displayed on our site is embedded directly from the original source platforms.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, the notification must include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the page containing the material).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. Please note that we may forward your notice to the party responsible for the allegedly infringing content.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

If you are a performer and wish to have your profile removed from CuratedCams, please visit our Opt-Out Request page. We process all opt-out requests within 24 hours.
